    Our superb "Yakitori" is a very popular menu item, with a fragrant exterior and a burst of flavor in every bite! Before grilling, the yakitori is thoroughly marinated in a special sauce and our own secret recipe sauce, then slowly grilled over binchotan charcoal. We use a generous amount of local chicken from Hakata, Fukuoka Prefecture, and Tottori Prefecture. Each skewer weighs 80g, making it both satisfying and impactful.
